The company converted the former NHS call centre in Harborne, an affluent suburb of Birmingham. It created 37 apartments over 4½ floors and 2½ floors of office / retail accommodation.

Harborne West is operated by the company as an investment and has been for the last c. 17 years.

We are currently looking at the opportunity to convert the commercial accommodation above the ground floor to residential accommodation owing to demand.
