LMM is on the expansion trail

LMM - one of Birmingham's biggest serviced apartments specialists - is on the expansion trail.
It sees the appointment of new finance director Angela Spires' general manager Wayne Quigg' business development manager James Moreton and new additions to the reservations and operations team Pamela Aculey and Elena Bray.
Chief executive Giles Horwitch-Smith said: "Overall we've expanded our team by about 50 per cent in the last three months with more appointments on the way.
"We put this down to increased demand for city centre serviced apartments, which reflects changing working lifestyles in Birmingham."
He added: "LMM has 20 years experience in residential and commercial property and has been providing serviced apartments in Birmingham for the last seven. Serviced apartments have always been popular with certain types of worker such as people in the entertainment industry, who traditionally work on short to medium term contracts.
"The massive expansion in demand we have seen in recent years shows a big shift towards contract working in other sectors, with people in all sorts of industries working away from their permanent home for longer periods.
"The new appointments will help us handle the increased demand and ensure our high standards are maintained."
LMM - great people, great properties.
